摘要
设计一套应用于井下通讯系统的地面数据接收检测装置,包括地面遥测板模块与上位机检测软件。针对设计要求,首先绘制地面遥测板的PCB电路原理图;参考仿真实验结果选择合适的通信信号编码规则:制作、调整并反复测试各部分硬件电路,确保其能实现数据的实时收发及电平转换等基本功能。同时通过C++Builder开发平台设计上位机检测软件。经过后期软硬件联调,证明该地面监控系统传输性能可靠、稳定。
This article designs a set of communication system which is applied in underground ground data receiving detection device, including the ground remote sensing plate detection module and the upper machine software. According to design requirements, at first it draws ground telemetry board PCB circuit principle diagram, and refers to the simulation results to choose the appropriate communication signals encoding rules. Then it makes, adjusts and repeated tests each part of the hardware circuit, to ensure that it can realize the data real-time transceiver and the basic function such as level transformation. At the same time through the C++ Builder development platform, designs PC test software. After late software and hardware alignment, it proves that the ground monitoring system of transmission is reliable, stable.
