内镜下逆行胰胆管造影术联合体外震波碎石治疗胰管结石的协同护理

Collaborative nursing of ERCP combined with ESWL for pancreatic duct stones

目的探讨内镜下逆行胰胆管造影术(ERCP)联合体外震波碎石治疗胰管结石的协同护理。方法回顾性分析2015年1月至7月经黑龙江省医院消化病院行体外震波碎石联合ERCP取石的13例胰管多发结石患者临床资料。患者入院后,护士积极配合医师给予相应对症处理,配合内镜治疗,给予患者个性化的协同护理。结果 13例患者经ERCP治疗后,均留置鼻胰引流管;体外震波碎石后,均出现不同程度的腰背部酸痛、局部组织损伤水肿,淀粉酶增高8例,发热6例,肉眼血尿4例,出血3例,排尿困难2例(部分患者多种并发症),胰石取出成功13例,转外科继续治疗1例。13例患者均顺利完成治疗,出现的并发症给予相应对症处理后症状减弱或消失,配以个性化的协同护理疗效满意。结论内镜治疗与有效的协同护理措施相结合,可充分发挥患者自我护理能力,有利于患者预后。

Objective To explore the collaborative nursing of ERCP combined with ESWL for pancreatic duct stones. Methods Clinical data of 13 patients undergoing ERCP combined with ESWL were retrospectively analyzed from January to July in 2015 in Gastroenterology Hospital Affiliated to Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital. Patients were given collaborative nursing after admission to assist doctors to perform endoscopic treatment. Results Endoscopic naso-pancreatic drainage was performed in all the 13 patients after ERCP. After ESWL, complications were mild and were all well treated. Conclusion Collaborative nursing could promote self nursing of the patients and result in a better prognosis for patients undergoing ERCP combined with ESWL.
