高含量阳离子烷基糖苷钻井液室内研究

摘要 阳离子烷基糖苷(CAPG)具有优良的抑制和润滑性能。通过考察人造岩心浸泡、阳离子交换量(CEC)和水活度对钻井液性能的影响,确定CAPG的质量分数为30%,以此为基础制备出适用于页岩气水平井开发的高性能水基钻井液;用此钻井液浸泡岩心50 d保持原始抗压强度,极压润滑系数0.03~0.09,井壁稳定与润滑防卡能力与油基钻井液相当,悬浮稳定性和长期污染评价效果好。 Cationic alkyl polyglucoside(CAPG) has excellent inhibition and lubrication properties. The optimum concentration of CAPG in drilling fluid was identified by studying the effects of artificial core immersion,CEC,and water activity on the performance of drilling fluid,and based upon which a high performance water- based drilling fluid suitable for the development of shale gas horizontal well was prepared.After the core was immersed for 50 d to maintain its original compression strength with this water- based drilling fluid whose extreme pressure lubrication factor is 0. 03 to 0. 09,the hole stability and the lubricating and anti- sticking properties were found to be comparable to that when an oil based drilling fluid was used,and it was confirmed through evaluation that the suspension stability of this water- based drilling fluid is good and its long- term pollution is small.
