耐盐型泡沫凝胶堵剂的研制与评价

Development of a Salt Tolerant Foam Gel Plugging Agent and Evaluation on It

针对春光油田开发生产中存在的问题,研制了一种耐盐型泡沫凝胶堵剂,并对该堵剂的成胶和封堵性能进行了评价。通过室内实验筛选起泡剂、稳泡剂和交联剂及其质量分数,确定泡沫凝胶堵剂配方为：0.5%GM-1＋3 000 mg/L X-2＋0.04%交联剂A＋0.18%交联剂B＋0.12%有机酸。实验表明,在春光油藏地层水矿化度10×10^4mg/L条件下,该堵剂起泡能力良好,成胶性能较好,岩心模拟流动试验注入性好,封堵率达90%以上。

In view of the problems encountered in the development and production of Chunguang Oilfield,a salt tolerant foam gel plugging agent was developed,and the gelling and plugging performance of this plugging agent was evaluated. The foamer,foam stabilizer and crosslinkers were chosen,their optimal mass fractions were determined,and the formulation of the foam gel plugging agent was identified as follows through laboratory experiments： 0. 5% GM-1 ＋ 3 000 mg/L X-2 ＋ 0. 4% Crosslinker A ＋ 0. 18%Crosslinker B ＋ 0. 12% organic acid. The results of experiment have shown that this plugging agent has good foaming capacity,good gelling performance and good injectivity as evidenced by core flow modeling experiment with the plugging rate higher than 90% when the salinity of the reservoir water at Chunguang Oilfield is 10 ×10^4mg/L.
