污油泥调剖技术在稠油热采开发中的研究与应用 被引量:5

摘要 以污油泥作为主剂,研制调剖剂配方,该体系耐温200℃以上,封堵率70%以上;同时优化污油泥调剖施工工艺,形成了适用于稠油油藏的污油泥调剖技术。现场应用表明,该技术不仅有效解决了污油泥处理难题,实现了循环利用,同时为稠油油田污油泥的利用提供了新的技术途径,为稠油油田绿色环保开发提供了强有力的技术支撑。 A profile control agent formulation that can sustain the temperature of 200 ℃ or higher with the plugging rate higher than 70% while used was developed with sewage sludge as the main agent,and a sewage sludge profile control technology for viscous crude reservoir development was developed with this profile control agent formulation system by optimizing sewage sludge profile control construction technology. The results of field application have shown that the difficulty in treating sewage sludge was eliminated effectively by reusing the sewage sludge and that a new technological approach for utilizing the sewage sludge from viscous crude oilfield was identified which provides a robust technical support to the environmentally friendly development of viscous crude oilfield.
