CoMoNi/Al_2O_3-SiO_2催化剂用于掺炼催化汽油扩大重整原料来源的研究

摘要 对传统Al_2O_3载体加以改进,研制出一种适用于掺炼劣质催化裂化(FCC)汽油的重整预加氢催化剂CoMoNi/Al_2O_3-SiO_2。该催化剂具有较高的加氢脱硫、脱氮及烯烃饱和性能,在反应压力为2.5 MPa、体积空速为4.0 h-1、氢油体积比为200∶1的工艺条件下,掺炼不同比例催化汽油时,加氢产品均能达到重整原料的要求。催化剂1 500 h活性稳定性试验结果表明,该催化剂具有良好的活性稳定性。 A prehydrogenation catalyst CoMoNi/Al2O3-SiO2 to be used in reforming unit for processing the feedstock blended with FCC gasoline of poor quality was developed by modifying conventional Al2O3 support. This catalyst has good hydrodesulfurization,denitrogenation and olefin saturation properties. The hydrogenation products produced with the feedstock blended with the FCC gasoline of different proportions at the reaction pressure of 2. 5 MPa,the volumetric space velocity of 4. 0 h-1and the hydrogen to oil volume ratio of 200: 1 can all satisfy the requirements for reforming feedstock,and the results of 1 500 h activity stability test have shown that this catalyst has good activity stability.
