Flood disaster data is the important accordance of flood control guiding decisions,the prerequisite to assess scientifically the degree of flood disasters,and the flood disaster statistics is an important basic work of each flood control department. This paper puts forward the problems existing in the disaster statistics work of Liaoning Province by describing the important meaning of flood disaster statistics work,and make a proposal as the reference for carrying out the flood disaster statistics better.
