摘要 目的:研究口腔锥形束CT(CBCT)在评价根分叉病变中的作用。方法:选择10例慢性牙周病患者28颗下颌磨牙,对其进行常规临床检查,并用传统曲面断层片与CBCT进行对比分析。结果:CBCT对所有根分叉病变能够准确分度,和传统曲面断层片比较,在评估根分叉区域的牙槽骨缺损和颊、舌侧缺损方面有显著性差异(P<0.05)。能够从三维立体评估牙槽骨的形态学上的变化,在根分叉病损的早期诊断较传统的曲面断层片更为准确。结论:CBCT在根分叉病变的分度诊断方面较传统曲面断层片方法更为准确,同时牙槽骨破坏形态学描述上提供更多的信息。 Objective:To study the accuracy of cone-beam computed tomography(CBCT) in assessment of furcation involvement in molars of mandible.Methods:10 patients with generalised chronic periodontitis were included in this study,presenting a total of 28 lower molars with different degrees of furcation defects.Clinical and full mouth CBCT and intraoral panoramic radiographs were performed on all the molars involved.The data obtained has been compared and statistically analysed.Results:CBCT could classify all furcation involvements.CBCT system could clearly show the alveolar bone defects in lingual-buccal orientation,and intraoral panoramic radiographs could not.The use of CBCT technique in evaluation and diagnosis of human mandibular furcation defects can provide many important information regarding the size and aspect of the interradicular defect.CBCT technique is used more effectively in detection of advanced furcation degree compared to intraoral panoramic radiographs.Conclusions:CBCT has more advantages than intraoral panoramic radiographs in evaluating furcation involvement in molars of mandible,and can provide information of alveolar loone defect images.
