摘要
目的:比较3种清洁方法对可摘局部义齿树脂基托颜色、表面粗糙度、吸水值和溶解值、弯曲强度等性能的影响。方法:按照YY 0270-2003牙科学—义齿基托聚合物的试件制作标准,制成长方体基托树脂试件45片,随机分成3组,每组15片,分别进行3种处理,自来水浸泡组(A组),保丽净假牙清洁片溶液浸泡(B组),牙膏牙刷刷洗(C组)。然后检测试件颜色(△E)、表面粗糙度(Ra)、表面微观形貌、弯曲强度测试、吸水值和溶解值的改变。结果:三组颜色的改变有统计学意义(P<0.05,其中△E值A组为0,B组0.35±0.45,C组为0.53±0.37。C组基托树脂试件的表面微观结构可以观察到明显的裂纹及划痕。A组粗糙度为0.1867±0.5164,B组为0.1867±0.3519,C组为0.3333±0.05936,C组Ra值与其他组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各组弯曲强度分别是(A组80.12±3.54,B组80.90±8.23,C组87.78±7.11)、吸水值分别是(A组8.7134±0.7005,B组7.8859±0.62076,C组7.3104±0.26989)和溶解值(A组2.8945±0.2142,B组2.0958±0.2553,C组1.7231±0.6214)各组差异无统计学意义。结论:在3种常用的清洁义齿的方法中使用牙膏、牙刷刷洗对树脂试件表面粗糙度有一定的影响,保丽净假牙清洁片溶液浸泡对树脂基托的表面粗糙度、吸水度、溶解度、弯曲强度等性能影响均较小,建议推广使用。
Objective:Comparison of three kinds of cleaning methods of oral activities,the color of denture resins,surface roughness,value of water absorption and solubility,bending strength performance impact.Methods;45 rectangular samples were prepared from heat-curing denture base resin accoding to ISO YY0270-2003.The samples were randomly divided into three groups.They were immersed in clear water(group A),Polident denture cleansers(group B),toothpaste and toothbrush brushing(group C).Then,the surface roughness(Ra),color change(ΔE),surface morphology,flexural strength,water absorption and solubility of the samples were detected.Results:The change of color of the three groups was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Obvious cracks and scratches can be observed on the surface microstructure of the C group.There was significant difference in Ra value between the C group and the other groups(P〈0.05) There was no significant difference in bending strength,water absorption and solubility between the groups.Conclusions:The use of toothpaste,toothbrush in the methods of 3 kinds of denture cleaning scrub on the resin surface roughness of specimen has a certain effect.Polident denture cleansers did not influence the color stability,surface roughness,flexural strength,water absorption and water solubility.
