摘要 近年来,牙科氧化锆陶瓷材料因其卓越的机械强度,良好的生物相容性而越来越多地被应用于口腔修复学领域。但目前氧化锆陶瓷与树脂水门汀的粘接强度尚不能满足临床需求,探讨一种可靠持久的氧化锆粘接方法是目前口腔修复中亟待解决的问题。本文就氧化锆的特性,表面处理,粘接剂等方面展开综述,以供临床参考。 Recently dental zirconia has been extensively applied in oral prosthodontics field due to its prominent physical properties and good biocompatibility.But the bond strength between resin cement and dental zirconia is failed to meet the requirement for clinical use.Achieving a reliable and long-term bond of zirconia has become a serious problem for prosthodontics.This paper is to review properties,surface treatment,adhesives of zirconia.in order to provide clinical reference.
