技能大赛对高职院校教育发展影响的研究

The Study on Skills Competition for the Development of Higher Vocational College Education

指出了技能大赛是目前高职院校提高教育教学质量的竞技平台,对于教育改革模式,课程改革模式,转变教学理念,深化校企合作,建立实训基地,改革高职教育教学质量评价体系,包括调整人才培养方案,加强师资队伍建设,提高人才培养质量等具有很深远的意义。以天津国土资源和房屋职业学院多年参加技能大赛为分析论证背景,从现实多角度、全方位进行了分析论证,以期为推动高职院校教育发展和教学改革提供参考。

This paper argued that at present, skills competition is a competitive platform to improve the quality of ed- ucation and teaching in higher vocational colleges and it has a very profound significance in education reform mode, curriculum reform mode, changing teaching ideas, deepening the cooperation between colleges and enterprises, estab- lishing training base, reform of higher vocational education teaching quality evaluation system which includes the ad- justment of the talent training scheme, the enhancement of the construction of teaching staff, the improvement of the quality of personnel training and so on. The higher vocational education should have a comprehensive goal and new understanding. Through analyzing Tianjin Land Resources and House Vocational College＇s participating in skills competitions in many years, this article made a comprehensive argumentation from the aspect of reality, and had important practical significance in promoting the development and teaching reform in higher vocational college education.
