Research on Basic Review Process and Common Organizational Issues of Subway's Trial Operation

城市轨道交通试运营基本条件评审是新线开通前的最后一道关卡,是确保新线从建设到运营顺利交接以及新线安全运营的关键环节。目前全国范围内的试运营评审存在着组织部门不统一、评审质量参差不齐等一系列的问题,可能会对日后的运营埋下一定的安全隐患。笔者根据参与的经验出发对评审组织中出现的问题进行了总结分析,并对问题给出了具体对策,以便试运营基本条件评审工作更有效的开展。

Basic review process of subway＇s trial operation is the last checkpoint before new line＇s opening, which is very important to new line＇s smooth operation. But, now there are some problems such as no unified organization department and specifications and so on, which will be dangerous in future＇s operation. The author summarized these problems according to participation experiences, and gave some suggestions to the problems to make sure the job mn more effectively.
