摘要
针对水流量标准装置中传统不同向开式换向器存在的问题,该文基于"换入/换出"同向原理,研制了一种新型的同向型开式换向器,给出了该型换向器的基本结构、工作原理及换向流量模型,并基于MCGS和PLC实现了新研制换向器的控制,取得了换向器一个换向周期的计时时间段内平均流量与实际流量相等的良好结果。运行表明,研制的换入换出同向型换向器及其控制系统结构简单、运行稳定可靠,大大消除了因"换入/换出"不同向引入的不确定度,能够解决不同向开式换向器带来的诸多难题。
To overcome the problems of the traditional fluid diverter in water flow standard device ,the same direction diverter has been developed based on the same direction theory. The basic structure,work principle and diversion flow model has been given. In addition,the controlling of the new diverter has been achieved based on MCGS and PLC ,meanwhile the average flow equal to the actual flow has been achieved in the diversion cycle. As a result ,the same direction diverter and it's control system have many advantages such as simple structure,running stable and reliable. Besides,the uncertainty has been eliminated in the same direction diverter.
