摘要
目的探讨金线莲配方颗粒的制备工艺并建立质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法定性鉴别,用RP-HPLC法同时测定金线莲配方颗粒中槲皮素、山柰素、异鼠李素含量。以金线莲提取物槲皮素含量和浸膏得率为量化考察指标,采用L9(34)正交实验优选金线莲配方颗粒的最佳提取工艺。结果薄层色谱斑点清晰,重现性好;槲皮素、山柰素、异鼠李素含量稳定。优选出的最佳提取工艺为煎煮次数2次,每次加水10倍量,煎煮时间2h。结论金线莲配方颗粒制备工艺合理,质量控制方法简便、可行、可靠、重复性好。
BJECTIVE To optimize the preparation process and to set up the quality standard of Anoectochilus roxburghii dispensing granules. METHODS We use the TLC (thin layer chromatography) and the RP-HPLC method to identify the content of quercetin, kaempferol, isorhmnetin for anoectochilus roxburghii dispensing granules. Based on the content of quercetin and dry extract yield ,we use the L9 (34) orthogonal test and find out the optimum process of extracting anoectochilus roxburghii. RESULTS The research turned out that TLC spots were clear and reproducible. The content of quercetin, kaempferol,isorhmnetin was stable. We found that the optimum process of extracting Anoectochilus roxburghii was 2 hours decoction by filling water 2 times while boiling. CONCLUSION The preparation process of Anoectochilus roxburghii dispensing ble and with good reproducibility. It could be used for quality ules. granules is practicable. The method was simple, reliacontrol of Anoectochilus roxburghii dispensing granules.
