输注抗菌药物治疗的临床不良反应研究

Research on the Clinical Adverse Reactions of Antibacterial Agent Intravenous Infusion

目的 对临床上输注抗菌药物进行疾病治疗引起的临床不良反应进行研究,分析其出现的可能原因并探讨预防措施。方法 选取2015年1月至2015年3月在我院进行输注抗菌药物治疗后出现不良反应的患者26例进行回顾性分析。结果 在这26例不良反应患者中,男11例（42.31%）,女15例（57.69%）,年龄段主要集中在26~40岁之间,β-内酰胺类和喹诺酮类抗生素的不良反应例数最多,发生部位上心血管不良发应最多,有10例（38.46%）,皮肤及附件其次,有8（30.77%）例。24例患者经过治疗后病情缓解,2例患者留院观察。结论 临床上对抗菌药物引起的不良反应及时进行总结分析,有利于促进抗菌药物的合理利用,能够加强抗菌药物的细节管理,最终达到提高医疗水平的目的。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the adverse reactions of antibacterial agent intravenous infusion in treatment of diseases, analyze and explore the possible reasons and preventive measures for adverse reactions. METHODS From January 2015 to March 2015,26 cases of patients who received antibacterial agent intravenous infusion treatment in our hospital and caused adverse reactions were collected, the clinical data of the patients were analyzed retrospectively. RESULTS Among the 26 cases of patients with adverse reactions, 11 cases （42.31%） of males and 15 cases （57. 69% ） of female were invojved;the high incidence of age was 26 to 40 years old ; the adverse reactions was most in β-lactam and quinolone antibiotics;cardiovascular was the site with most adverse reaction, the incidence was 10 cases（38.46% ） ,the rate of adverse reactions in second place was the skin and its appendages, the incidence was 8 cases （30. 77% ）. After the treatment, 24 patients received remission, 2 patients was hospitalized for observation. CONCLUSION Timely summary and analysis for antimicrobial drug-induced adverse reactionsis conducive to .promoting the rational use of antimicrobial agents, can enhance the details of management of antimicrobial agents, and ultimately to improve the level of medical purposes.
