摘要
该文从学生、教师、教学3个方面对高职乳制品加工技术教学过程中存在的问题进行分析和阐述,并提出相应的解决对策,旨在有效地提高乳制品加工技术教学质量。
Teaching problems of"dairy products processing technology"in higher vocational education were dis-cussed in this article from such three aspects as students,teachers and teaching. And corresponding measures wereproposed to improve the teaching quality of"dairy products processing technology".
