摘要
通过喷施5种不同的化学药剂对诱导基础材料进行预先处理,且分别在化学药剂处理2 d和4 d后再对材料进行授粉,研究不同化学药剂以及授粉时间对高诱5号玉米诱导系诱导率的影响,旨在寻求一种经济、有效提高玉米单倍体诱导率的方法。结果表明:不同化学药剂和授粉时间均对诱导系的诱导率有一定影响,其中,喷施1%DMSO处理诱导率最高,化学药剂处理后2 d授粉得到的单倍体粒数最多且质量较好;但喷施1%DMSO后,对授粉时间的要求不是很严格,因此喷施1%DMSO 2 d或4 d后再授粉,均可获得较多且质量较好的单倍体籽粒。
By spraying five different chemicals to induce pre-treated base material to study the effect of inducing a high rate of inducing the 5th-induced system aimed at seeking a cost-effective way to improve haploid induction rate. The results showed that different chemicals and pollination time had some influence on the induction rate of inducer,and the induction rate was highest after spraying 1% DMSO,the number of haploid grains was the highest and the quality was good when pollination at 2 d after spraying. It was not very strict on the time of pollination when spraying 1% DMSO. Therefore,pollination after spraying 1% DMSO 2 d or 4 d,the haploid grains with high quality and good quality could be obtained.
