摘要
对一类车用磁电式执行器及其调速系统进行了研究。以MCS - 80C196KC单片机为核心设计了计算机控制系统 ,及磁电式执行器的驱动电路和位置检测电路 ,给出了转速信号的测量和相应的算法。针对磁电式执行器具有不确定性的特点 ,采用了一种鲁棒自适应的控制方法。柴油机模型非常复杂 ,要建立其准确的数学模型非常困难 ,本文提出了一种模糊PID控制的转速控制方法。最后 ,给出了仿真和实验结果。
This paper mainly studies the control part of electronic fuel injection system in diesel engine, which includes rack position control and engine speed control. An 80C196KC single chip is used in the control system. The drive circuit of the electromagnetic actuator and the double feedback circuit of the rack position are designed, and the examination and calculation of the speed are given. This paper proposes a robust adaptive control algorithm to electronic actuator. A fuzzy-PID compound control algorithm is proposed because the model of the diesel engine is very complex. Simulation and experiments are given in the end.
