摘要
对作者所提出的复合功率变换技术的机理进行了理论分析与实验验证 ,并介绍了其中典型应用电路。该复合技术将电力电子纯开关功率变换电路与线性功率放大电路有机结合 ,实现开关 -线性复合功率变换 (Switch -LinearityHybridPowerConversion)以获得互补综合优化性能 (特别是其中的抗负载扰动能力 )。该技术的本质在于“其中开关滤波电路 ,只作为复合线性电路的特殊供电电源 ,使整体系统可以近似等效为一个比例放大器” ,从而获得极快的动态响应和比较准确的跟踪效果 ;而具有压控射极输出特性的线性单元 ,又因其高阻输入、低阻输出特性 ,行同功率级的缓冲器 ,阻隔了输入、输出信号之间的互相干扰 ,保证了SLH的正常工作。
A Switch-Linearity Hybrid Power Conversion(SLH)scheme,which got synthetic advanced performance from the compensation of both mutually compensated parts,has been analyzed theoretically and by experiment in this paper,especially for its robustness to the load variation,typical available circuits are also introduced.The key of the SLH technology is as following:The switch-filter circuit included in the system is only used as a particular power supply with high efficiency and feeding the hybrid linear circuit,which makes the whole system operate as an approximate equivalent ratio unit.As a result,fast response and a very accurate tracking procedure are realized through this special technology.Moreover,the voltage controlled-emitter output power devices have the performance of lowest input resistance and highest output resistance,which function is like a power buffer ensuring the effective operation of SLH in the circuit between the input and output signal without mutual interferes.
