摘要
结合厌氧折流板反应器(ABR)和生物接触氧化池(BCO)构建一体化反应器(IAOR)并处理化工废水,采用递增负荷的方式启动反应器,连续运行96 d后完成启动,分别考察了厌氧反应器和好氧反应器在启动阶段对COD及氨氮的去除效率,以及稳定运行阶段系统对COD、NH_3-N及硝基苯的去除效果。结果表明:一体化反应器对COD、NH_3-N、硝基苯的去除率分别可达86%、95%、98%,且处理成本低,出水水质稳定。
An integrated reactor was built using anaerobic baffled reactor (ABR) and biological contact oxidation process (BCO) to treat chemical wastewater. The reactor was started up by gradually increasing the volume loading. After continuously running for 96 days, the start-up of the reactor was completed. The removal efficiencies of COD and NH3 - N in the anaerobic and aerobic reactors during start-up stage were evaluated. The removal efficiencies of COD, NH3 - N and nitrobenzene at stable operating stage were investigated. The results showed that the removal rates of COD, NH3 - N and nitrobenzene were 86%, 95% and 98%, respectively. The integrated reactor has low treatment cost and good effluent quality.
