摘要
针对新疆冬季水源地取水工程沉淀池效率低的问题,提出了一种新型双层平流沉淀池。采用1∶50的室内模型进行试验,确定了最佳表面水力负荷为0.125 m^3/(m^2·h),最佳排泥时间为12 h;对SS、浊度的平均去除率分别为89.88%、83.43%,其下层可有效克服取水工程首部高含砂进水冬季易结冰、上层流速分布不均匀产生的悬浮物去除率低等缺点,该沉淀池可以在不增加占地的情况下有效提高颗粒泥砂的沉淀效率。
To address the problem of low efficiency of settling tank in winter in Xinjiang, a new two-layer horizontal-flow settling tank was put forward. Tests were carried out using 1 : 50 indoor model to determine the optimum surface hydraulic load of 0. 125 m3/( m2·h) and the optimum sludge discharge time of 12 h. The average removal rates of SS and turbidity were 89.88% and 83.43% , respectively. The lower layer tank could effectively overcome the disadvantages that the high-silt content water was easily frozen in winter, and the low SS removal rate was caused by the unstable flow distribution at the upper layer tank. The new settling tank could effectively improve the settling efficiency of granular silt without an increase in the land occupation of the settling tank.
