摘要
采用智能控制生物干化工艺处理城市污泥,对污泥生物干化过程中的脱水情况及电耗进行了研究,并对比了生物干化、热干化和太阳能干化3种工艺中污泥脱水的能耗。结果表明,污泥生物干化工艺的各阶段中,高温期和二次升温期是水分脱除的主要阶段,升温期和高温期是脱水效率的峰值期。污泥生物干化工艺脱水的能耗约为178.12kJ/kg水,约是热干化工艺脱水能耗的5%~6%,是太阳能干化的1.7~2.0倍。
Intelligent control technology for bio-drying (CTB) was used to treat municipal sludge, the dewatering and energy consumption during sewage sludge bio-drying were studied, and the energy consumption of three kinds of sludge dewatering processes including bio-drying, thermal drying and solar drying was compared. The results showed that high temperature phase and the secondary temperature ris- ing phase were the main stages of moisture removal, and the peak value of water removal was achieved in the high temperature phase and temperature rising phase during sewage sludge bio-drying. The energy consumption of sewage sludge bio-drying process was 178.12 kJ/kg water, which was about 5% to 6% of thermal drying and 1.7 to 2.0 times of solar drying.
