大学“师生共同体”:概念辨析与现实重构 被引量:76

摘要 大学应当是"师生共同体"。师生课堂上的互动及课后的密切接触,构成了大学师生共赢的局面。它包括认知拓展、情感互通和共生、创生等三重境界。大学"师生共同体"的现实重构尽管困难重重,却是势在必行、时不我待之举。对于旨在创建一流大学、一流学科的我国高校而言,需要控制招生规模,增加一线教师,提高师生比;实行本科生导师制;鼓励教授们设立本科生接待日;加大学生问责的权重。 University is a community of teachers and students. Teacher-student interaction in and outside the class actually lead to the win-win result both to the teachers and to the students. The interaction includes three levels, that is, cognitive development as the first level, emotional communication and intergrowth as the second level, innovation as the highest level. Even it is difficult to reconstruct the community of teachers and students in the real situation, but we should do it now because it is the imperative and important emprise. In order to create a first-class university, first-class disciplines in colleges and universities of our country, it need to control the scale of enrollment, increase teachers, improve the ratio of teachers and students; carry out the undergraduate tutorial system; encourage professors to set up undergraduate student reception day; increase the weight of the students' accountability.
