摘要
新加坡教育信托认证制度对跨国学位教育质量保障的标准、程序、功能的制度设计具有借鉴意义。其主要启示是:完善中外合作办学评估制度,应积极探索中外合作办学选优评估制度;着力提升中外合作办学评估标准的科学性和针对性;合理设置评估周期,加强周期内的动态监控;增强服务能力,提高评估效率和效益。
The EduTrust Certification Scheme in Singapore is designed for the quality assurance of transnational degree programs and its standard, procedure and function have enlightenment for the evaluation of Chinses-foreign cooperation in running schools, including to explore the demonstrative evaluation, to develop the scientific and targeted evaluation standards, to strengthen the dynamic monitoring in the evaluation cycle which is reasonably set up and to improve the efficiency and effectiveness.
