摘要
采用双酚A扩链低分子质量环氧树脂,扩链得到的高分子质量环氧树脂再与一元不饱和酸反应合成乙烯基酯树脂。通过环氧值、酸值、粘度、固含量及体系固化特性和力学性能测试等研究了原料,催化剂种类及用量,反应温度及时间,体系酸值等对扩链及乙烯基酯树脂合成的影响,并对合成的乙烯基酯树脂的性能进行了考察。结果表明,最优扩链反应条件如下:选用E-54为低分子质量环氧树脂,乙基三苯基溴化膦为扩链催化剂,添加质量分数为0.15%~0.2%,扩链反应温度170℃,反应时间2 h。乙烯基酯树脂合成反应终点酸值为5.6时,体系的反应程度为95%。合成的乙烯基酯树脂的拉伸强度与断裂伸长率明显提高,具有良好的工艺性能和力学性能。
The bisphenol A was used as the chain extender of the low molecular weight epoxy resin and the obtained high molecular weight epoxy resin was reacted with the monounsaturated acid and the epoxy vinyl ester resin was synthesized. The effects of raw material, type and amount of catalyst, reaction temperature and time, acid value of the system on the chain extending and vinyl ester resin synthesis were investigated by the testings of epoxy value, acid value, viscosity, solids content and system curing characteristics and mechanical properties. The performance of synthesized vinyl ester resin were investigated. The results showed that the optimal chain extension conditions were as follows: using E-54 as the low molecular weight epoxy resin, ethyl triphenylphosphonium bromide catalyst as chain extender, mass fraction of 0.15% to 0.2%, chain extension temperature 170 ~C and reaction time 2 h. When the acid value of synthesis reaction endpoint of vinyl ester resin was 5.6, the reaction extent of the system was 95%. The tensile strength and elongation at break of synthetic vinyl ester resin were significantly improved and the resin had good mechanical properties and process performance.
