摘要
目的观察人参四逆颗粒对正常比格犬血流动力学的影响。方法比格犬30只,随机分为5组,每组6只,分别为对照组(生理盐水溶液2ml/kg)、阳性对照药芪苈强心胶囊组(0.32g/kg)和人参四逆颗粒小、中、大剂量组(0.25、0.5、1g/kg)。麻醉开胸术后十二指肠给药物或生理盐水,观察血压、心输出量、冠脉流量、总外周阻力、左室作功指数的变化。结果人参四逆颗粒对正常犬血压、冠脉流量无明显影响,大剂量组比格犬给药后60分、90分、120分心输出量分别增加13.23%、18.18%和17.95%;左室作功分别增加22.42%、22.88%和23.77%;总外周阻力给药后120分降低9.69%。与对照组比较差异有显著意义。结论人参四逆颗粒对正常犬可增加心输出量、降低总外周阻力、增加左室做功,但对血压、冠脉流量无明显影响。
Aim To observe the effects of Ginseng Sini Granules on Hemodynamics in intact normal Beagle Dogs. Methods 30 Beagle Dogs were randomly separated into normal control group [Sodium Chloride (2ml/ kg)] and positive control groups [Qili Qiangxin Capsules (0.32g/kg), Ginseng Sini Granules with low dose (0.25g/kg), middle dose (0.5g/kg), large dose (1.0g/kg)]. The drugs or Sodium Chloride were administrated via duodenum to thirty anaesthetized chest-open beagle dogs to observe blood pressure (BP), cardiac output (CO), coronary blood flow (CBF), total peripheral resistance (TPR) and left ventricular work index (LVWI). Results The blood pressure and the coronary blood flow were not changed obviously by Ginseng Sini Granules. But the cardiac output of the dogs in large-dose group was respectively increased by 13.23% in 60 minutes, 18.18% in 90 minutes and 17.95% in 120 minutes. Meanwhile, left ventricular work index was respectively increased by 22.42%, 22.88% and 23.77% in 60, 90, 120 minutes. The total peripheral resistance was decreased by 9.69% after administration. The positive control group and the normal control group were significantly different. Conclusion Ginseng Sini Granules can increase the cardiac output, ascend left ventricular work index, and reduce total periphery resistance, but the effects on blood pressure and coronary blood flow were not remarkable.
