半量瑞替普酶联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗超早期STEMI对患者血清内脏脂肪素及C-反应蛋白水平的影响

摘要 目的观察半量瑞替普酶联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗超早期sT段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)对患者血清内脏脂肪索(VF)及C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平的影响。方法选取2014年2月-2016年6月来我院诊治的超早期STEMI患者124例,随机将其分为治疗组和对照组各62例,治疗组采用半量瑞替普酶联合还原型谷胱甘肽进行治疗,对照组采用常规剂量瑞替普酶进行治疗,观察比较两组治疗前后血清VF及CRP水平。结果治疗后两组血清VF及CRP水平均较治疗前降低,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05);治疗组血清VF及CRP水平明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论采用半量瑞替普酶联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗超早期STEMI患者,可明显降低患者血清VF及CRP水平,且效果优于采用常规剂量瑞替普酶治疗超早期STEMI患者。
