小儿肠套叠手术全麻插管与全麻插管复合骶管麻醉的对比分析

Pediatric Intussusception Operation and Contrast Analysis of Anesthesia Intubation of General Anesthesia Combined with Sacral Anesthesia Intubation

目的对比分析全麻插管和全麻插管复合骶管麻醉应用在小儿肠套叠手术中的效果。方法抽取我院接诊的小儿肠套叠手术患儿50例进行研究,随机分为2组,各25例。全麻组采取全麻插管处理,复合组在全麻组基础上复合骶管麻醉处理,观察记录两组患儿术前(T0)、手术开始(T1)、术中(T2)、术后(T3)各个时点血压与心率,以及不良反应情况,并对比分析。结果两组患儿T1、T2、T3时的心率与血压相比术前有轻微变化,但对比均无显著性差异(P>0.05);两组均无高热与心律不齐等不良反应(P>0.05)。结论小儿肠套叠手术中实施全麻插管与全麻插管复合骶管麻醉处理可取得相似的效果,对患儿心率与血压无明显影响,而且安全性高,为此笔者认为这类手术中可不复合骶管麻醉处理。

Objective To compare and analyze the general anesthesia intubation and general anesthesia in- tubation combined sacral tube anesthesia in pediatric intussusception surgery effect. Methods Selected in our hospital admissions of children intussusception in children with 50 cases studied, divided for 2 groups, 25 cases in each group. The general anesthesia group was treated with general anesthesia. The composite group was treated with the combined treatment of sacral canal anesthesia. Two groups of patients were treated with TO （T3）, T1 （T2）, blood pressure and heart rate at each time point. Results Compared to the two groups of chil- dren with T1, T2, T3, heart rate and blood pressure before operation, a slight change, but the comparison was not significant difference（P 〉 0.05）;two groups had no adverse reaction of high fever and arrhythmia（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Children intussusception operation implementation intubation and general anesthesia intuba- tion combined sacral tube anesthesia could achieve similar results, has no significant effect on heart rate and blood pressure in children, and safety is high. Therefore, the author thinks that this kind of operation can not compound sacral tube anesthesia.
