摘要
目的探讨鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤病的临床特点、组织病理学改变及鉴别诊断。方法对6例鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤患者的临床病理学资料、组织学改变及免疫组化结果进行回顾性研究并结合文献加以分析。结果组织学:6例鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤中均有程度不同的坏死及组织挤压变形(取材所致),其中5例瘤细胞为弥漫一致的中等大小淋巴细胞,可见淋巴上皮病变及血管中心性生长,免疫组化结果CD56、粒酶B、CD3、CD5、CD45RO均阳性,其中5例CD56胞浆阳性,1例由大淋巴细胞构成,核大异形性明显。此例CD56胞膜阳性。EBER检测为弥漫胞核着色。结论临床表现结合组织学形态及免疫组化结果对该病的诊断有帮助。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of the clinical manifestations,pathology and review of literature in patients with nasal NK/T cell tymphoma（ENKTCL）. To have a better understranding of this dis- ease and decrease the number of misdiagnosed cases. Methods The clinical data and immunohistology of 6 cases of ENKTCL were analyzed, and the literature was reviewed. Results in morphology, 5 cases of 6 patients＇ tu- mor cell is composed of diffused medium- sized cell. Lymphoepilheliallesions,Angiocentricity and angioinvasion image will be seen. Immunohistochemical staining： granzyme B , CD56, CD3, CD5, CD45 RO are all positive. 5 cases of 6 neoplastic ceils typically stain for antibodies against cytoplasmic CD56. the left 1 case cell stain posi- tively for surface CD56. All cases are EBER - ISH positive. Conclusion ENKTCL shows unique histopatholo- gic, Immunohistochemical characteristics and clinical manifestation . It＇ s helpful for the accurate diagnosis of this disease.
