平板运动试验与冠状动脉CT血管成像在冠心病诊断中的应用选择 被引量:6

摘要 目的探究平板运动试验(TET)与冠状动脉CT血管成像(CTA)在冠心病诊断中的应用选择。方法选取2014年12月至2015年12月期间本院收治的疑似冠心病患者90例,经冠状动脉造影(CAG)确诊60例为冠心病,30例非冠心病。其中70例患者行TET,20例患者行冠状动脉CTA。以CAG作为标准。对TET和CAT对冠心病的诊断效能进行观察。结果 TET诊断冠心病的灵敏度、特异度以及准确率分别为76.8%、42.5%、59.4%,CTA诊断冠心病的灵敏度、特异性以及准确率分别为94.3%、66.8%、85.4%。对比TET与CTA对冠心病患者冠状动脉不同病变支数检测率、不同狭窄程度检出率,差异不显著,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 TET与CTA对冠心病诊断均具有一定应用价值,但TET安全性更高,且无创伤,而CTA诊断效能更高。因此,在临床上以患者实际情况为指导,合理选择。 Objective To explore the treadmill exercise test (TET) and coronary artery CT angiography (CTA) in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease (CHD) application. Methods A total of December 2.014 to 2015 December in our hospital during the period of 90 patients suspected coronary heart disease patients, the to make a definite diagnosis of coronary angiography (CAG) 60 cases of coronary heart disease, 30 patients with non coronary heart disease. The 70 patients who underwent tet and 20 cases of patients underwent coronary artery CTA. With CAG as standard. The diagnostic efficacy of Tet and cat in patients with coronary heart dis- ease were observed. Results Tet in diagnosis of coronary heart disease (CHD) sensitivity, specificity and accu- racy Respectively was 76.8 %, 42.5 %, 59.4 %, the sensitivity of CTA in diagnosis of coronary heart disease, specificity and accuracy were 94.3 %, 66.8 %, 85.4 %. Tet and CTA in patients with coronary artery lesions with different count detection rate and the different degree of stenosis detection rate, no significant difference, no statistical significance(P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Tet and CTA in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease has a certain application value, but tet is safer, and the wound is small, and CTA in the diagnosis of more efficient. Therefore, in clinic according to the actual situation of patients as a guide, reasonable choice.
