摘要
介绍了一种数字同步检波LVDT的设计方案。该方案采用单片机控制的方波信号驱动初级线圈,并采用模拟开关作为检波元件,采用单片机的同步脉冲作为模拟开关的控制信号,实现了同步检波的功能。对该设计方案与传统检波方案进行了理论和实测对比分析,表明该方案有助于提高LVDT的线性度和温度性能。
This paper introduces a design scheme of digital synchronous detection of LVDT. The scheme realizes the function of synchronous detection by adopting the square wave signal controlled by single chip microcomputerto drive the primary coil,the analog switch as detecting element,and the sync pulse of the single chip microcomputer as the control signal of the analog switch. The design scheme and the traditional detection scheme have been carried on the comparative analysis in the theory and the measured results,which shows that the scheme will help improve the linearity and temperature performance of an LVDT.
