“1245”工程性人才培养模式探索与实践

为培养"互联网+"急需的IT工程性人才,切实提高人才培养质量,提出了"1245"工程性人才培养模式。针对当前应用型本科院校在工程性IT人才培养方面存在的主要问题及其成因分析,明确了需要解决的相关教学问题,从校企合作人才培养规格、人才培养模式到建立怎样的校企合作体制与机制等方面,阐述了解决主要教学问题的途径与方法。实践表明:基于校企合作的"1245"工程性人才培养模式有效地提高了教育教学质量,具有一定的示范性和很好的推广价值。

In order to effectively improve the quality of personnel training, ＂1245＂ engineering personnel training mode is proposed. Describes the ways and means to solve the main problems in teaching according to the current application oriented college in engineering talents training are the main problems, on the analysis of the causes, a clear need to solve relevant problems in teaching, from the talent training standards, and talent training mode aspects.
