摘要
简要介绍了目前选择性激光熔化(SLM)增材制造工艺过程模拟的两种主流方法有限元法(FEM)和有限体积法(FVM),总结了国内外现阶段两种方法对SLM增材制造工艺过程中温度场和应力场模拟的研究现状,并对SLM增材制造工艺过程模拟的发展方向进行了展望。
Two main methods,finite element method(FEM)and finite volume method(FVM),for modeling selective laser melting(SLM)additive manufacturing process were briefly introduced.Current status of the research on temperature field and stress field simulation of SLM additive manufacturing process at home and abroad was summarized.The development trend of computer simulation of SLM addtive manufacturing process was prospected as well.
