摘要
结合无氧铜棒的熔炼铸造和挤压生产工艺,分析了影响无氧铜质量的主要因素,探讨了影响无氧铜中氧含量和挤压缩尾缺陷产生的主要原因,并提出了无氧铜棒在生产过程中控制氧含量和挤压缩尾缺陷的工艺措施,最后提出应对无氧铜棒材进行100%超声波探伤检验。
Combined with production process of melting and casting and extrusion of oxygen free copper rods,the main factors affecting the quality of oxygen free copper were analyzed,and main factors affecting the oxygen content and the main reasons of the extrusion funnel defect in the oxygen free copper were discussed.And the technology measures were put forward to control the oxygen content and extrusion funnel defect of oxygen free copper rods in the production process.Finally,it was suggested that the oxygen free copper bars should be dealt with 100% ultrasonic testing.
