摘要
在线进行物理量的校准,就是最大程度地还原各项仪器设备的原始状态,从中抽取需要校准的物理量,包括力值、扭矩、速率、位移等,使用相匹配的标准装置进行相关物理量的量值传递。首先简单介绍了在线校准与实验室校准的区别,并通过具体案例介绍了在线校准的实施过程;然后阐述了在线校准过程中所面临的诸多问题与实际困难;最后,对在线校准的未来发展进行了展望。
On-line calibration for multi-parameter,is to fully restore the original state of the instruments,based on which the multi-parameter can be extracted and calibrated with matched standard devices,such as force value,torque,speed,displacement,etc.First,the difference between online calibration and laboratory calibration was briefly introduced,and the implementation process of on-line calibration was exemplified through the specific case.Then the problems and practical difficulties during on-line calibration were described.Finally,the future development of on-line calibration was prospected.
