碱性介质中吐温20对锌电极电化学行为的影响 被引量:3

摘要 利用循环伏安法以及动电位扫描法考察了吐温 2 0作为电解液添加剂对锌电极在 1.0mol·L-1KOH溶液中电化学行为的影响 ,结果证明适宜浓度的吐温 2 0能显著影响锌电极的电化学行为。吐温 2 0对锌电极具有一定的缓蚀作用 ,其缓蚀作用主要是由于覆盖效应 ,吐温 2 0对锌电极在锌电极表面的吸附行为符合Freundlich等温式。适宜浓度的吐温 2 0对锌电极的阴极过程有显著的抑制作用 。 Effect of Tween 20 used as electrolyte additive on electrochemical behavior of zinc electrode in 1.0 mol· L -1 KOH solution was investigated by means of cyclic voltammetry and dynamic potential scan. The results show that the Tween 20 with appropriate concentration can affect the electrochemical behavior of zinc electrode obviously. Tween 20 can be used as inhibitor for zinc electrode due to its blanketing effect, which is favorable to corrosion inhibition. The adsorption behavior of Tween 20 on surface of zinc electrode is in accordance with the Freundlich isothermal equation. The Tween 20 with appropriate concentration has significant inhibiting effect on the cathodic process of zinc electrode, so it is concluded to slow down the dendrite formation and the deformation of zinc electrode.
