聚吡咯/壳聚糖复合电极对金属离子的吸附 被引量:2

Adsorption of metal ions on polypyrrole / chitosan composite electrode

摘要 系统研究了聚吡咯(PPy)和壳聚糖(CS)制备的复合电极对金属离子的吸附性能,并采用红外光谱对PPy/CS复合材料的结构和组成进行了表征。结果表明,聚吡咯与壳聚糖结合形成了性能优良的导电聚合物复合材料;PPy/CS复合电极的吸附量与电压和溶液初始浓度成正比;吸附4 h后,对Cu^(2+)的饱和吸附量为30.67 mg·g^(-1);电极具有良好的再生性和稳定性,再生率达到92.0%;复合电极对不同种类的金属离子都有较好的吸附效果,且吸附过程符合二级动力学模型。 The adsorption properties of polypyrrole( PPy) and chitosan( CS) composite electrodes on metal ions were systematically studied. Furthermore,the PPy / CS composite structure and composition were determined using infrared spectroscopy. The results showed that the combination of polypyrrole with chitosan led to a conductive polymer composite exhibiting good performance. The PPy / CS composite electrode adsorption capacity was proportional to the voltage and initial concentration of the solution. Under optimal conditions and after 4 h of adsorption,the adsorption capacity for Cu2 +was 30. 67 mg·g-1. The electrode also exhibited good reproducibility and stability,with a regeneration rate of 92. 0%. In summary,the composite electrode showed good adsorption for different types of metal ions,and the adsorption process was in line with a second-order kinetic model.
