摘要
采用熔融浸渍法合成LiMxMn2 -xO4(M =Co、Cr、Al、Ti、B、V)锂离子蓄电池正极活性材料。研究了掺杂元素及掺杂量对其电化学性能的影响。发现掺杂有强M—O键、较强八面体稳定性且离子半径与锰离子相近的Co、Cr金属离子 ,能显著改善其循环性能。另外 ,适当提高掺杂量也有利于循环性能的改善 ,但比容量有所降低。综合考虑容量与循环性能 ,掺杂x =0 .
LiM xMn 2-x O 4(M=Co,Cr,Al,Ti,B,V) was synthesized by melt impregnation method as the cathode material for lithium ion battery. The effect of doping elements and doping amount into LiMn 2O 4 on its electrochemical properites was studied. The results show that the cyclic property of the LiMn 2O 4 doped by the Co and Cr metal ion, which has strong M-O bond and octahedron stability and the ion radius similar to Mn ion, is improved significantly. Increasing doping amount is also favorable to improve the cyclic property of LiMn 2O 4, but its specific capacity is decreased. According to the comprehensive consideration of capacity and cyclic property, doping Co in x=0.1 has the optimized effect.
