基于RSM模型的碱与超声联合破解污泥工艺优化 被引量:3

Parameters optimization of sludge disintegration pretreated by combined alkaline and ultrasonic through response surface methodology

摘要 运用响应曲面法(RSM)研究碱解和超声联合作用对污泥破解的影响,以加碱量(0~0.16 g NaOH·(g TS)-1)和超声能量(4 000~20 000 k J·(kg TS)-1)为影响因素,分析其对污泥破解度、溶解性蛋白质和多糖浓度的影响规律,建立了二次多项回归模型,并实现了组合工艺的优化和验证。结果表明,加碱量对污泥破解效果的影响高于超声能量,最佳处理工艺条件为加碱量0.1 g Na OH·(g TS-1)和超声能量12 000 k J·(kg TS-1)。最佳工艺条件下,污泥破解响应值为污泥破解度40.13%,溶解性蛋白质1 365.46 mg·L^(-1)和多糖350.11 mg·L^(-1),与预测值吻合度较高,为碱解和超声联合预处理在污泥破解、厌氧消化预处理领域的应用提供了理论支持和数据支撑。 Combined treatments of waste-activated sludge prior to anaerobic digestion have been shown to be effective for sludge disintegration. However,the optimal conditions for combining alkaline and ultrasonic pretreatments,required to achieve optimal sludge disintegration,have not been established. Response surface methodology( RSM) was used to study the effects of these two methods on sludge disintegration,by examining the parameters of Na OH dosage( 0—0. 16 g Na OH·( g TS)^(-1) and specific energy input( 4 000—20 000 k J·( kg TS)^(-1)). The disintegration of SCOD( DD),soluble protein and soluble carbohydrate concentration were measured,and quadratic regression equations were constructed to examine the optimization process for sludge disintegration. The results indicate that alkaline dosage had a greater influence than specific energy on sludge disintegration. RSM results showed that the regression model fitted well with the experimental results. The optimal conditions consisted of alkaline dosage of 0. 1 g Na OH·( g TS)-1and specific energy of 12 000 k J·( kg TS)^(-1),which achieved DD of 40. 13%,soluble protein of 1 365. 46 mg·L-1,and soluble carbohydrate of 350. 11 mg·L^(-1). In addition,the verification experiment appeared highly consistent with predicted results,indicating that the models were accurate,reliable,and had a directive meaning for related sludge treatment and condition optimization. The findings contribute to combined pretreatment technologies in the field of sludge anaerobic digestion.
