编制电力频率同步网的网络管理系统(NMS)的技术要求,对电网运行安全是至关重要的。通过综合调研、比较和分析,新建的NMS应该满足电力同步网实现视图网络优化拓扑管理、配置(设置)管理、资源管理、通信链路和同步节点管理、故障报警和安全管理、运维管理、同步质量监控分析管理、数据库和报表管理以及性能动态管理等多重需求,新NMS平台将优化先前的NMS和网元管理系统(EMS)的特性,融合和适应不同设备供应商的多种协议和规约。

It is important to power grid for security of operation that the technical requirements of network management system（NMS）as a port of the standard contents on frequency synchronization network.As a result of comprehensive research,compare and analysis,it should be reasonable that future NMS should be met those needs of the multimanagements for the view network optimization topology,configuration or set,resource,communication link synchronization node,alarm security,operating and maintenance,synchronous quality control analysis,database forms for reporting statistics,performance,dynamic-management and so on.The platform of network management system（NMS）will be combined with the characteristics of prior NMS EMS（element management system）and mix together with multiple communication protocols suitable to the various firms.
