摘要
近视眼是世界性的公共健康问题,近年来其患病率和发病率呈不断上升趋势.研究表明近视眼是遗传相关疾病,巩膜重塑是近视眼进展的关键环节.现就近视眼巩膜重塑相关基因多态性研究进展进行综述,为临床开展相关研究提供参考.
Myopia is a public health problem in the world and its prevalence and incidence are rising in recent years.Studies have shown that myopia is a kind of complex genetic diseases.And sclera-remodeling plays an important role in the development of myopia.The recent research advances in association with both sclera-remodeling relevant gene polymorphisms and myopia are reviewed in this article.
