The application of ceramic welding technology in coke oven in Baosteel was introduced,which mainly included the preparatory work,the head defects in the wall of carbonization chamber,the method of repairing hole and some processing work after the ceramic welding.By applying the technology of ceramic welding in Baosteel,the blockade of foreign for the maintenance of coke oven was broken,and the defects of the coke side of the chamber and the leakage of the furnace wall were efficiently resolved,which can make the state of the wall of carbonization chamber stable,postpone the time of repairing hole and improve the service life of the coke oven and output of coke.
