摘要
本文研究了引气剂对膨胀玻化微珠轻质砂浆性能的影响。结果表明,引气剂的掺入可增加硬化轻质砂浆中孤立、封闭孔隙的数量,当引气剂掺量为0.15%时,干密度为572 kg/m^3,抗压强度为4.4MPa,抗折强度为2.06MPa,50次冻融循环后质量损失率为0.6%,强度损失率为9.1%。
In this paper, the effect of air-entraining agent on the properties of expanded and vitrified small ball lightweight mortarwere researched. Air-entraining agent can increase the number of isolated, closed pore in hardening lightweight mortar, when the air-entraining agent content is 0.15%, dry density is 572kg/m^3, compressive strength is 4.4MPa, flexural strength is2.06 MPa, after 50 times of freezethaw cycle mass loss and strength loss rate was 0.6% and 9.1% respectively.
