摘要
在接触网检测车整体布置的基础上确定噪声源,从理论上对司机室产生噪声的各种因素进行分析。重点对噪声吸声材料及结构、双层隔音结构设计、密封结构设计、减振设计等进行分析,提出司机室减振降噪设计的解决方法。
A noise source is verified based on the overall layout of the OCS inspection van. The paper analyses vari-ous factors for noises in the cab theoretically. The analysis focuses on sound absorbing materials structure,doublelayer sound insulation structural design,leakproof structural design,vibration reduction design and so on,puttingforward a solution for the vibration reduction and noise suppression design in the cab.
