摘要
文章提出了一种利用电流有效值与瞬时值变化特征定位逆变器IGBT开路故障点的方法。基于逆变器硬件拓扑结构,阐述了逆变器中IGBT开路故障点定位的基本原理;利用MATLAB/Simulink平台中搭建的永磁同步风力发电系统仿真模型,在分析IGBT开关管正常状态与故障状态下逆变器输出电流有效值与瞬时值的变化特征基础上,构建了逆变器IGBT开路故障点诊断规则表;利用永磁同步风力发电系统实验验证平台对该诊断方法的正确性进行校验,结果表明该方法不仅可精确诊断逆变器单桥臂单/双IGBT开关管开路故障,还可适用于逆变器中同时出现的单桥臂单/双IGBT开关管开路故障的定位。
The problem of fault point of IGBT inverter open-circuit is difficult to precise location in permanent magnet synchronous wind turbine PWM inverter system, thus this article put forward an method of fault point of IGBT inverter open-circuit by using changing feature location of current effective value and instantaneous value. Stating the basic principle of fault point of IGBT inverter opencircuit location, based on the construction of inverter hardware. Setting up simulation model of permanent magnet synchronous wind power generator system in MATLAB/Simulink test platform,further analyzed the changing feature of current effective value and instantaneous value when the IGBT in the normal and fault condition respectively, establishing diagnosis rules table of IGBT inverter open-circuit fault point; Verifying correctness of the diagnose method by using permanent magnet synchronous wind power generator system test platform, the result show this method can diagnose the single-arm bridge of single/double IGBT inverter open-circuit fault point, and used for the single-arm bridge of single/double IGBT inverter open-circuit fault point at the same time.
