MMP-2、Ki67在胃癌中的表达及与胃癌转移、增殖的关系

MMP-2, Ki67 expression in gastric cancer and its relationship with gastric cancer metastasis and proliferation

目的探讨胃癌及其癌旁正常组织中基质金属蛋白酶-2(matrix metalloproteinases-2,MMP-2)、Ki67的表达量及其相互关系。方法收集本院2013年6月—2015年6月68例胃癌标本,取胃癌组织做免疫组化,观察分析阳性细胞比例。采用χ2检验和Spearman等级相关性检验判断各组之间MMP-2和Ki67表达的差异及两者的相关性,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果 MMP-2在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率为79.41%(54/68),在正常胃组织中的阳性表达率为20.00%(4/20),阳性表达率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ki67在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率为63.24%(43/68),在正常胃组织中的阳性表达率为5.00%(1/20),阳性表达率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MMP-2蛋白表达与Ki67蛋白表达呈现正相关(r=0.449,P<0.05)。结论 MMP-2、Ki67与胃癌的发生、转移及增殖相关,MMP-2与Ki67表达呈正相关,提示两者可能在胃癌发生、发展中起协同作用,MMP-2与Ki67可以作为胃癌早期诊断及预后判断的重要生物学指标。

Objective To explore matrix metalloproteinases-2（MMP-2）,Ki67 expression in gastric cancer and its relationship with gastric cancer metastasis and proliferation. Methods 68 cases of gastric carcinoma specimens were collected by our institute, and gastric carcinoma immunohistochemistry from June 2013 to June 2015, the percentage of positive cells were observed and analyzed. χ2 test and Spearman rank correlation test was used, P〈0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results Positive rate of MMP-2 expression in gastric carcinoma was 79.41%（54/68）, positive rate of normal stomach was 20.00%（4/20）, there was a statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Positive rate of Ki67 expression in gastric carcinoma was 63.24%（43/68）, positive rate of normal stomach was 5.00%（1/20）, there was a statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Expression of MMP-2 proteins was positively related with Ki67 expression（r=0.449, P〈0.05）. Conclusion MMP-2, Ki67 are related with incidence of gastric carcinoma, metastasis and proliferation-related, MMP-2 is positively correlated with Ki67 expression, suggest that both may play a collaborative role in the occurrence and development of gastric carcinoma. MMP-2 and Ki67 are important biological indicators of early diagnosis and prognosis of gastric carcinoma.
