摘要
在"互联网+"热潮下,全国总工会提出制定和实施工会"互联网+"行动计划。从现行措施看,信息化和互联网平台的运用是工会"互联网+"行动的重要内容。分析工会新媒体运用情况,发现工会网站的交互性得到了较大的增强;微博、微信日渐成为各级工会服务职工群众的新载体。但是,各级工会网站建设有待进一步完善;工会新媒体应用的交互性有待进一步增强;应用的效果尚难以评估。中国工会想要进行工作创新,需要实现将新媒体作为政绩宣传、知识传播的载体到树立以会员为主体、快速有效听取会员心声、回应会员诉求等理念的质变。
In the "Internet plus" trend, All China Federation of Trade Union proposed to develop and implement "Internet plus" action plan. From the perspective of existing measures, informatization and the use of the Internet platform is important part of the union "Internet plus" action. Through the analysis of the use of new media, we found that the interaction of the trade union web site was greatly enhanced; Weibo, WeChat became new carriers of trade unions at all levels to serve the masses. However, the construction of the trade union website at all levels should be further improved; the new media application of the trade union needs to be further strengthened; the effect of the application is still difficuh to assess. To effectively work innovation, China' s trade unions need to implement new media to members as the main body, quickly and efficiently hear voices and and respond to demands of media members, not just as a record publicity, the carrier of knowledge dissemination.
