摘要
高校对教师进行绩效考核时会考虑不同的方面和内容,包括师德、教学、科研等,它可以被看作是一个模糊多标准决策问题。然而当前我国高校教师的绩效考核往往存在考核指标权重设置随意性大且不同岗位类型的教师绩效难以横向比较等问题。根据模糊层次分析法来确定高校教师绩效各个方面指标的权重,并据此得出综合绩效值,能为高校教师科学考核提供依据。
The evaluation of college teachers' performance includes different aspects, such as the teacher's morality, teaching, scientific research, which can be considered as a fuzzy multi-criteria decision making problem. However, the index weight setting in performance evaluation system of college teachers often is arbitrary. Also, the performance is difficult to compare between differ- ent job types. This paper introduces fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each aspect of the college teachers' performance, and obtains the comprehensive performance value, which provides the basis for the scientific evaluation.
