椎弓根钉棒系统联合关节突植骨融合治疗胸腰椎骨折疗效分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨椎弓根钉棒系统联合关节突植骨融合治疗胸腰椎骨折临床疗效.方法:选取2014年2月-2015年12月我院收治胸腰椎骨折患者60例为研究对象,采用椎弓根钉棒系统联合关节突植骨融合术治疗,治疗后对患者进行12月随访,比较治疗前后椎体前缘高度、椎体后缘高度及椎体Cobbs角变化,采用Frankel评定治疗前后神经功能分级.结果:60例患者均为Ⅰ期愈合,无严重并发症发生.治疗后患者椎体前缘高度、椎体后缘高度均显著高于治疗前,椎体Cobbs角显著低于治疗前,比较有统计学意义(P〈0.05).18例合并有神经功能障碍患者,治疗后Frankel分级均有显著改善,E级患者显著增多,比较有统计学意义(P〈0.05).结论:椎弓根钉棒系统联合关节突植骨融合在胸腰椎骨折患者中治疗具有显著临床疗效,值得在临床中推广应用. Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of pedicle screw system combined with the bone graft fusion in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures. Methods: From February 2014 -2015 year in December 60 cases as the research object in our hospital were thoracolumbar fracture, using pedicle screw rod system combined with joint process of interbody fusion in the treatment, after treatment the patients were followed up in December, before and after the treatment of anterior vertebral height, posterior vertebral height and vertebral Cobbs angle changes, using hierarchical neural function before and after treatment the Frankel evaluation. Results: All the 60 cases were healed by first intention and no serious complication occurred. After treatment, the height of vertebral body height and trailing edge were significantly higher than before treatment, Cobbs angle of vertebral body was significantly lower than that before treatment, and there was statistical significance (P〈0.05). 18 cases of patients with neurological dysfunction, after the treatment of Frankel grade were significantly improved, Epatients significantly increased, compared with statistical significance (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Pedicle screw rod system combined with bone graft fusion in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures has significant clinical efficacy, it is worthy of clinical application.
