乳腺癌的超声表现与其病理生物学特征的相关性研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨乳腺癌的超声表现与其病理生物学特征的相关性。方法:选择2015年3月至2016年3月我院行乳腺肿瘤超声检查的乳腺癌患者246例,分析超声表达和雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)、肿瘤抑制基因(P53)、原癌基因(Cerb B-2)、肿瘤增值抗原(Ki67)之间的关系。结果:肿块大小和Ki67之间存在着明显的相关性(P<0.05);在有高回声晕的患者,ER、PR、P53、Ki67阳性表达率均比无高回声晕的患者,边缘存在毛刺征的患者ER、PR、P53、Ki67的阳性率也高于无毛刺征的患者(P<0.05);后方回声衰减的患者ER阳性率表达比无衰减患者要高(P<0.05);在肿瘤淋巴结有转移患者中,P53、Cerb B-2、Ki67的阳性表达率较高(P<0.05);肿瘤血流越丰富,其ER、PR、Ki67、P53的阳性表达率较高(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌超声表现在一定程度上可对分子生物学指标的表现进行反应。
